The new Validator version 5.8.0 has many new improvements over the
older versions, one of which is the new Validator Notepad program.
Unfortunately, one of the support files needed for the Validator Notepad
program, which is used to view all of your downloaded reports, was
not included in the original update (it is included in the full version
install). This file, called richtx32.ocx, is needed by the Validator
Notepad in order to operate, and can be obtained at one of the following
two links:

Here is how you fix the error message about missing this file:
Step One: Download the missing file – Determine
which of the above downloads applies to you and click on the appropriate
one above
When asked if you want to run or save the file, choose run
The file will download for a moment before running
You will likely get another warning, choose Run here too
The following message box will show up.
Press OK, you are done
